How I can help you with Your Wellbeing
I offer private coaching and deliver wellbeing retreats providing you with the opportunity to reflect, change and rejuvenate your wellbeing energy.
Working together we will look at what you would like to change or enhance in your life and explore how you would like it to be different.
If you feel you have lost your way, or you don’t know where to start to change things, I can support you to find clarity and direction.
What to expect
Coaching is a confidential relationship in which we work together to deepen your learning about yourself and move you forward into action.
During the wellbeing coaching, we will explore the changes you want to bring to your life or the impact of events that have already changed your life, in your work, career, parenthood or relationships.
We will focus on gaining clarity on what matters to you, strengthening your life and wellbeing balance and working on what you want more of, better or different in your life.
Together we will identify your strengths and values, addressing any obstacles or self-limiting beliefs that may be standing in the way of your success, happiness or fulfilment.
We will delve into and explore a variety of areas across your life, looking at your habits, behaviours and actions to make the lifestyle you want a reality.
We will meet fortnightly for an hour, either in person or virtually via Skype/Zoom.
These sessions can be extended to 90 minutes if you would prefer longer, more relaxed sessions.
Pre-Coaching Focus form: Thinking about what you want to get out of each session before you arrive will help keep you focused on what you are trying to achieve with your coaching and allow you to get the most out of our time together.
Post-Coaching Reflective form: Taking time to reflect after the coaching session will deepen your experience as you will consciously draw upon the insights gained, encouraging active engagement in your personal development.
Just like a personal trainer, a coach doesn’t do the work for you; I will support, encourage and challenge you. I will partner with you to set goals based on your personal requirements and I will hold you accountable to achieve these goals which you will work on in-between the coaching sessions.
To fully experience the benefits of coaching and make substantial progress in your chosen areas of focus, I recommend you commit to three months of coaching. We will meet every fortnight for an hour, and these can be extended to 90 minutes if you would prefer longer, more relaxed sessions.
You can continue beyond the three months and deepen the benefits of the changes you’ll already be experiencing. If you would like that we can discuss options that would best support you.

Throughout the day you will experience nutrition and mindset coaching, yoga and meditation.
